We offer a number of red vein treatments including:

Both IPL and laser systems emit light which is readily absorbed by blood vessels, heating them to a point where they are destroyed. Following treatment, the vessels quickly clear as they are reabsorbed by the body, leaving little or no trace of the original lesion.

Treatments are suitable for most people, however, best results are obtained with fair skin. Treatments cannot be carried out if you have a suntan or have used fake tan within 4 weeks of your appointment.

Prior to treatment you must first undergo a consultation to obtain your medical history and determine suitability; if you are suitable for treatment you will then be asked to sign a consent form and undergo a test patch. Your Technician will then advise you when you can commence your treatments.

Typically 3 to 5 treatments are required; however every case is based on the individual. Some small lesions may clear in just a single session. Repeat treatments are spaced at 4 to 6 week intervals.
